	Provides eyeglasses and hearing aids for people with severe financial needs. Provides eye exams and pays for eye surgery when no insurance is available. Occasionally purchases AT (such as CCTV talking computers and magnifiers) for low-vision persons. Fill out forms from your local Lions Club or health and welfare department. Include financial documentation. Have the forms signed by local Lions Club. Staff reviews for approval. Applicants must meet income guidelines: severe financial need and no insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.
