TCVC was forever kown as the Texas Center for the Physically Impaired. name change to clearly reflect their mission for those visually impaired and their family members in the USA and Canada to better cope with their problems and have a better life. Computer program ships an average of 350-400 refurbished pc's per year with grand total of 3500 distributed to date. All computers come with audiocassette tutorial.
