This HUD-VASH Program serves veterans who are chronically homeless. Preferential groups include 1)homeless veterans with children and an identified disability; 2)homeless veterams with children; 3)OEF-OIF homeless veterans; 4) women homeless veterans; 5) homeless veterans with a disability; 6) all other homeless veterans. Intake: Mondays 8 AM. program is a partnership between the Dept of Urban Development (HUD) and the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA) est in 1992.
