This session provides an introduction and overview of Tools for Life, Georgia's Assistive Technology Act Program at Georgia Tech. Presenters define assistive technology and share information about real world solutions and implementation. The discussion will examples of various assistive technologies, software, hardware, and mobile technology. Also, the presenters give examples of person-first and value-laden language.
