Walton Options (general info)

• Walton Options for Independent Living, Inc. is a private, nonprofit, nonresidential consumer controlled Center for Independent Living whose mission is to empower persons of all ages with all types of disabilities to reach their highest level of independence, including community inclusion and employment. Walton Options serves consumers living in 16 counties in eastern Georgia and 4 counties in South Carolina. As a Center for Independent Living, Walton Options offers four Core Services: Information and Referral, Advocacy, Independent Living Skills and Peer Support. In addition, Walton Options also offers services for people transitioning from institutional to community living, either independently or through the Money Follows the Person initiative.
