Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (FODAC) is a non-profit organization offering a variety of services to persons of all ages with physical and mobility impairments. FODAC is a mission ministry of Mount Carmel Christian Church in Stone Mountain. FODAC provides assistive technology services and devices at no-charge to any person with a need. All assistive technology provided is used/refurbished. FODAC's goal is to assist people that are underserved or not getting services through traditional agencies. Call and ask for services. There may be a waiting list for some types of equipment. Use this source as a last resort or temporary solution. Equipment should be returned to FODAC after it is no longer needed so it can be used by someone else who needs it. | |
