Thank you for agreeing to participate in the National AT Aging & Dementia Decision Tree/Algorithm Workshop, hosted by Tools for Life | Georgia Tech, in partnership with the Georgia Department of Aging Services (DAS) and CREATE. We are looking forward to working with you!
Goal:
- The goal of this Workshop is to smart-source our awesome community of AT professionals to develop Decision Trees/Algorithms to expand knowledge of AT, AT strategies, resources and to identify "red flags" to ensure appropriate referrals. Ultimately, we want to assist everyone in finding appropriate Assistive Technology strategies and solutions for individuals who are aging and individuals with dementia.
