Grants & Contracts Updates!

  • Project Allocations - Track Closely - If you are Not spending your time on the projects you are allocated for we will not draw down the funding that is allocated. Integrity/Ethics - Make Sure your time, activities and project allocations are in alignment. Please, let me know what questions you have.
  1. FUNDED-AT Act 2016: Closing out - do not charge to this anymore.
  2. FUNDED-AT Act 2017 - CR1 & CR2: CR3 OR Budget - April 28 Quick CR3) Will vote Budget at Level funding ($32M) for 2017. CDFI - May be getting an increase!
  3. AT Act 2018: Already budgeting - Please, submit Travel projections to Liz & Sam.
  4. FUNDED Division of Behavioral Heath and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for $1,000,000:

AT Access Updates (Martha)

Projects:

  1. ) TFL Project - Activities: Demo, Device Loan, AT Eval, AT Training, TFL Network
  2. ) Division of Behavioral Heath and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for $1,000,000: Almost through DBHDD's contract process.
  3. ) Division of Behavioral Heath and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) | $68,500 for AT services and training to Gracewood Hospital in Augusta: Almost through DBHDD's contract process.
  4. )DEI - 3 Referrals and more need for AT Training!
  5. ) Division of Aging Services (DAS) | $10,000 for TA to set up 4 new AT Labs in the ADRCs - Memberships - Are they all Members?
  6. ) Division of Aging Services (DAS) | $70,000 for AT services and TA to transition people out of nursing homes (MFP): Rolling out through AMAC Membership process!
  7. ) Lab Reorganization - The 1st goal of this project is to get the extra stuff out of the Access lab by Friday. Once this is done Laynea is coming in to take care of the furniture, and GT design is going to come in to work of a plan for this space. The next phase is going to be reorganizing the main lab and figuring out how best to use the cabinet spaces.
  *I want to hear what people think about where things should go, and lab organization. 
  *The end goal: is for everyone to know where everything is
