Tools to Independence: A Series of Town Hall Meetings

Each state has both an Independent Living program and an Assistive Technology Act Program. In the grand scheme of government funding, each program is "small potatoes," but in the day to day world of people with disabilities, lives are transformed and communities are improved because of programs like disABILITY LINK, Walton Options for Independent Living, Disability Connections, and Tools for Life, Georgia's Assistive Technology Act Program.
