| When faced with a workplace accommodation problem, would you like to be able to learn how others have solved it? Are you frustrated when you see a "solution" that an employer or employee made on their own that is not working well because it was chosen without adequate information? We are developing Work ACCESS and the Assistive Software Knowledge base, new online tools and apps to help people, particularly employers and employees with disabilities, make informed accommodation decisions. We would like your input on what features to include, what assessment questions need to be asked, what solutions should be prioritized for different scenarios, and how to make all of this easy to use. |
