Thank you for agreeing to participate in the National AT Aging & Dementia Decision Tree Workshop, hosted by Tools for Life | Georgia Tech. We are looking forward to working with you!


Workshop Goal


*When: Wednesday, January 31 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST (Registration, breakfast, and networking will begin at 8:30 AM.)

*Where: The ATIA 2018 Official Conference Site - Royal Caribe Hotel & Conference Center in Orlando, Florida

*Who: You, AT Act Program teams who provide direct service, other AT Professionals and subject matter experts (SMEs) from across the country in a variety of fields to help develop the AT & Dementia Decision Tool (Algorithms)

We have researched several existing assessment tools and checklists that are currently available. If you have access to any additional assessments, checklists, flowcharts and/or decision-making tools that would be helpful for us to review, please share if you can.
